What iqar.at Is

iqar.at is an online listing platform that helps property owners, landlords, agents, and agencies publish advertisements and helps visitors search for properties. We provide the website, its design, and technical infrastructure only. We are not a real estate broker, agent, developer, or legal advisor, and we do not participate in property transactions.

Disclaimer — Listings & Content

All property listings, descriptions, photos, prices, and contact details are created and controlled entirely by the person or organisation that published them. iqar.at does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, condition, or safety of any listing or for the conduct of any user. You use listings and contact listers at your own risk.

Direct Communication & No Payments

Each listing displays the lister's own contact details. All enquiries, negotiations, viewings, agreements, and payments take place directly between the buyer or renter and the seller, landlord, agent, or lister. iqar.at does not handle payments, hold funds, process transactions, or charge commissions on property deals. We do not guarantee that a listing is still available or that a lister will respond.

Platform Support

We are available to help with technical issues related to the construction, operation, and design of this platform — for example, account access, posting a listing, uploading photos, or reporting a site malfunction. Contact us at info@iqar.at when you need assistance with the website itself. We cannot mediate disputes between users or advise on property matters.

Accounts & Publishing

You must register an account to publish listings. We review and confirm accounts before they are allowed to publish property ads. We may delay, reject, suspend, or remove accounts and listings if we believe information is false, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or abusive. Where we suspect abnormal, fraudulent, or harmful activity, we may investigate, request further information, and take action we consider appropriate — including removing content or restricting access without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iqar.at and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, injury, or expense arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any listing, communication with any user, or any transaction conducted outside the website — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Terms for Listers

• You are solely responsible for everything in your listing: text, images, price, location, availability, and contact information.
• You must have the legal right and authority to advertise the property and must not post misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent ads.
• Your contact details will be shown on your listing so interested parties can reach you directly.
• You must keep your listing accurate and update or remove it when the property is no longer available.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including property, advertising, and data-protection rules in your country.
• Listing on iqar.at is free. We do not charge commission on any transaction you complete off the platform.
